This is a yoga practice of consciousness, integrating your body, emotions, thoughts and spirit.
Classes include centering, warm-ups, traditional yoga postures, partner yoga, self-massage, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation.
Vitalah's innovative approach to yoga, based in the Kripalu tradition, is gentle and strengthening, invigorating and deeply relaxing.
Each class is delightfully spontaneous and specifically tailored to the individual needs of students.
