To provide you an opportunity to deeply let go of the stresses of your life, our classes for adults are longer than most you will find in Westchester. Classes are taught at a very relaxed pace, with a thorough centering at the beginning, a complete warm-up of the body, postures for strength and flexibility as well as focusing the mind and celebrating the Spirit, and ending with a 10 minute deep relaxation often followed by a seated meditation. Students receive individual attention and each class is spontaneously tailored to the present needs of the moment.

All adult classes are multi-level and tailored to the individual needs of students. The class size is limited, so please call to reserve your place. New adult students are welcome at any time, as classes are on-going.

10 classes in 11 weeks:	$180/1hr	$210/90min
Single Classes:	$22/1hr	$25/90min
Private Sessions:	$180/1hr

Missed classes may only be made up within your 11 week period.

Kids Yoga For Typical and Special Needs Children classes are offered online and in-person - Pleasantville, NY Download Registration Form, print it, fill it out, scan and email to yogashine@verizon.net. Children’s classes are offered as an 8 week series. New kids can join by the second class; fee will be pro-rated. New groups can be started with 3 or more children. Individual sessions are available and may require the participation of a caregiver, which is included in the fee. Please contact us with your requests.

1 hour group class / 8 week series:	$144
½ hour special needs group class / 8 week series:	$176
Individual Sessions, one client with one caregiver:	$ 95/ 30 minutes
	$140/ 45 minutes
	$180/ 60 minutes
Special Needs Intake/Evaluation (required)	$ 95/ 30 minutes

 

General Class Guidelines

Food: Please DON'T EAT at least one hour before class; (otherwise you may get nauseous). Children may have a light snack after school but PLEASE do NOT give them SUGARY BREAKFAST, SNACKS, OR DRINKS before their class.

Dress: Wear clothing in which it is comfortable for you to move your body.

Technology: Please turn off your cell phones, or put them on vibrate.
